I was talking to a Yankees fan at work yesterday. I asked him if he was happy about the walk off slam. He told me his problem with A-Rod is that he's always looking to go deep in situations like that, and not like other hitters who will try to go with the pitch and hit it to the opposite field. I think this defines A-Rod, and why Yankees' fans are on his case so much. (And it's pretty much deserved.)
Happy Belated Passover, btw. I had brisket at my Brother-in-Law's house this weekend (his wife and daughter's are Jewish). Man, I loooove brisket. ;-)
